The member of the Jury of fiction feature films – – director, screenwriter, journalist and writer Diego Fandos (Spain).
Diego Fandos is a Spanish filmmaker. Originally a journalist (University of Navarra), Diego has written and directed TV commercials, documentaries and the feature “Cosmos”, presented in the San Sebastian Film Festival and released in 2008. His last two shorts -“Under Pressure” (2014) and “Aurora” (2017)- have been selected and awarded in more than 60 festivals around the world. “Lemon Loves” (2015, Ediciones Eunate), a collection of short stories, was his first book. And the second one has just been released in Amazon: “Writing for Short Film. In the Hollywood style; in the European way” (2019).

The member of the Jury of fiction feature films – director, screenwriter, producer, the winner of the main Russian film festival Kinotavr 2021, the member of Asia Pacific Screen Academy Dmitrii Davydov (Russia).
Dmitrii Davydov was born in the village of Amga of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russia. The village is located in the Far North of Russian Arctic. After high school graduation, he studied at the Pedagogical Institute, where he received the education of primary school teacher. 13 years he worked in school, he worked as a teacher, psychologist, organizer of children after class activities, later on he became a headmaster of the local school.
Working at the school, he created a teenagers´ club there they began to shoot different videos, small amateur video clips. At that time, Dmitry´s interest in filmmaking raised. His intentions were to become a professional filmmaker.
Not having a cinematographic education, in 2014 he made a feature film “Bonfire”. The film was shot with own resources, without state or other support. For more than two years, the film was in the postproduction stage. In 2016, the film premiered at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea and after that it was presented at more than 20 international film festivals, winning the prestigious international Yakutsk film festival. In 2019, Dmitry releases a short film “River” and the second full-length film “There is no God but me.” Dmitry’s third full-length film “Scarecrow” received the Grand Prix of the Kinotavr 2020 Film Festival and was successfully screened in wide cinema.

The member of the Jury of short and medium length fiction films – director, screenwriter, producer Maxime Feyers (Belgium).
His first short film as a director, ‘Come What May’, released in 2012, was programmed in more than 50 festivals around the world (Los Angeles, Shanghai, Busan, Raindance, Brussels, Paris,…) and broadcast on FR3 (French TV), RTBF (Belgian TV) and Japanese tv.
He also directed one episode (52’) of the Japanese TV Docu-series ‘Rendez-vous à Paris’.
CALAMITY, his second short film, released in 2017 and directed with Séverine De Streyker was selected in more than 260 festivals (Moscow, Tallinn, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Seoul, Hong Kong, BFI Flare London, Gent,…) and received 90 awards. It was broadcast on more than 7 tv channels worldwide (Canal+, TV5 Monde…) and was a nominee for Belgium’s most prestigious awards, ‘Les Magritte du Cinéma 2019’.
Maxime also produced and co-produced many short films from 2011 to 2019, among which Marlon, by Jessica Palud, nominated at French Cesars 2018.
He is also an actor for shorts, features, theatre plays and commercials.
Maxime is now working on his first feature film.

The member of the Jury of short and medium length fiction films – Vsevolod Voronov (Russia).
Vsevolod is the leading editor of the Debut Film Department of the Non-Commercial Fund for the Support of Cinematography “Intonation Example (Alexander Sokurov Fund)”. Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of St. Petersburg State University, worked in the editions “City 812”, “The Village Petersburg”, at the radio station “Echo of Moscow” in St. Petersburg.

The member of the Jury of short and medium length fiction films – theater and film actress Anna Draznina (Belarus).
Anna graduated from SPBGATI in 2016 (Workshop by L.V. Gracheva, V.M. Filshtinsky), works in the Social-Arts Theater, collaborates with different project in theater and cinema.
Among them Anna played one of the main roles the play “Smoke” based on the novel by Turgenev on the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater. Anna also participates in the New Media laboratory of the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theater as part of Ivan Zaslavets’ scientific and theatrical experiment “Where Ovid Leads”.
For her film roles, Anna was awarded prizes for the best actress of film festivals in Valencia, Chelyabinsk, etc.
Anna recently completed pedagogical courses with Alisa Ivanova and began teaching acting according to Demidov’s method.

The member of the Jury of short and medium length fiction films) – director, screenwriter, producer Arthur Sukhonin (Russia).
Arthur was born in May, the 10th, in 1988 in Moscow region. After the school was studying in a technical school of space instrument engineering (ungraduated), in the college of candy manufacture (graduated). During that years he came to the conclusion: the only thing I want to do – is the creation. Was studying two years in Literary Institute “Maxim Gorky”, at the Sergey Esin’s seminar, but decided to pass from prose to the cinema. Was trying to enter the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (aka VGIK) to the film directorial faculty, from 2009 till 2014 studied in the Workshop of Vladimir Menshov and Vladimir Tumaev.

The member of the Animation Film Jury – director, art director Galina Golubeva (Russia).
Galina graduated with honors from the Gorky Palekh Art School with a degree in Decorative Applied Arts and Folk Crafts. Galina came to the animation in 2003.
For 13 years, Galina worked as an artist, production designer at the Pilot studio.
After finishing the course of directing at Experimental Youth Association at Soyuzmultfilm Studios, in 2017, Galina’s directorial debut was released at Soyuzmultfilm’s studio, “And How Are Our Cosmonauts,” which won a number of awards at international film festivals including the award for the Best Russian animation of Russian Indie Film Festival 2018.
Her next film “Mirror: also won several awards in Russia and abroad.
Now Galina as a director is working on her next film.

The member of the Animation Film Jury – producer, art director, DOP Urmas Jõemees (Estonia).
Urmas was born on November 15, 1963 in Tallinn. He graduated from the 17th Tallinn Secondary School in 1982 and entered the Faculty of Mathematics at Tartu State University. Between 1983 and 1985 he served in the Soviet army. In 1985, he began his studies in Tallinn 2nd Vocational Secondary School, where he graduated in the spring of 1986 as photographer He then started working as an assistant cameraman at the Tallinfilm Nukufilm studio. In 1989 attended special effects operator courses in VGIK in Moscow. Same year made thirst short animaton as DOP. From 1989 to 2016, he has participated as DOP in the production of 50 animated films. There are also a number of works related to the special effects of feature films in the same period. Since 2003 he has worked as a technician at the Department of Scenography of the Estonian Academy of Arts. Has participated in several performances as a video artist. Since 2012, he has taught the cinematography and digital image processing at Tartu Art College. Since 2019 working in his own stopmotion studio SATURN FILM as photographer, computer artist and executive producer. The main goals of the studio are the production of independent short films. At present there are in production 4 short stopmotion projects.
In 2016 released short experimental URBANIMATIO with Hardi Volmer in hyper-lapse techniques. At present working on next same kind project BURIED IN EUROPA witch will be released in august 2021. There has been an opportunity to work with most Estonian animation film directors – Mati Kütt, Riho Unt, Rao Heidmets, Hardi Volmer, Kalju Kivi, Peep Pedmanson, Girlin-Bassovskaya, Priit and Olga Pärn.

The member of the Jury of soundtrack competition Andreu Jacob, Norway.
Andreu, originally from Barcelona, is considered one of the featured modern composers on the international scene. His interdisciplinary work crosses boundaries of fine art and live performance and he is highly regarded as an accomplished composer, working at the cutting edge of musical investigation. Multi awarded composer and orchestrator, has participated in many international Jazz festivals and he has performed in many countries around the world, like ; Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, USA, UK etc. Composer from numerous Soundtracks for films, documentaries and commercials. His soundtracks have been present in the most prestigious international film festivals such as the 70th and 71st Cannes Film Festival (France), Manhattan Film Festival (U.S.A) 2019, ARCTIC OPEN International Film Festival – Arhangelsk (RUSIA) 2018 , or the International Film Festival (SHANGHA) 2017, etc. Has been Jury member in TNISSFF “The Norwegian Film International Seagull” (Norway) 2019/2020. Jury member in 7th edition CURTA NEBLINA (Latin American Film Festival) São Paulo (BRAZIL) 2020.
In actuality he work with cinema producers like Epic Lands Production (Russia), CPPB Inter-tainment (Canada) or Integral Film AS (Norway) with productions founded by The Norwegian Film Institute among others. Is currently member from Norsk jazzforum (Norway) – AIE (Spain) – SGAE (Spain). He has written music for a number of highly valued, visual artists as for instance; Gottfried Helnwein, Serge Marshennikov, Dmitry Borisov, Peter Gric, Ian Brodie etc. Through out his musical career, has led Master classes at international conservatories, superior music colleges, learning centers and music schools such as: S.A.E. , Taller de Músics , L’AULA de música moderna i Jazz – Conservatori del Liceu and many others. Jacob has also frequently been the contributor to articles, live demos and technical support for a great number of companies and magazines. Throughout his professional career, well-known International companies within the music industry has sponsored him: Zildjian, Evans, Tama, Clavia, Casio, Native Instruments, SoundYeti (Ambition), CM pro (Indiegogo/Air Xkey), Steinberg, Propellerhead, KV331 audio (shyntmaster), Music Distribución, Musicmania, Ventamátic, Directworld, Adagio, phantom sound, Sound Art (Chameleon) , Microfusa, MI7, Sibelius, PRK Percusión, M. Films with the scores by Alexandr was selected at more than 70 international film festivals Worldwide and won several awards.
The series “Unknown” directed by Ivan Chernyshov with the score by Alexandr will be released on the streaming platform in 2022.
